Information you choose to provide
The roadmap may collect your name, email, mobile number, preferred contact method, homebuying timeline and readiness answers. If you choose to provide them, it may also include a FICO® score range, purchase method, verified buying limit, MLS® number, property price, document-readiness status and vision-board selections.
The roadmap does not ask you to upload proof-of-funds statements, mortgage letters, identification, income records or bank documents. Do not enter account numbers or document images.
Information saved on your device
Your checklist, vision-board selections and referral information may be stored in your browser so you can continue later. Referral information can include the campaign name, source such as Facebook, the referring website’s domain and the page where you entered the roadmap.
How information is used
- To respond to your request and prepare a useful homebuying conversation.
- To create or update your contact record in Kate’s BoldTrail/kvCORE system.
- To identify the planning stage, property interest and appropriate follow-up.
- To understand which campaigns, including Kate’s Facebook Page, introduce people to the roadmap.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate this experience and manage follow-up, including AWS, Zapier and BoldTrail/kvCORE. If you interact through Facebook or a Meta lead form, Meta also processes information under its own privacy terms. These providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold. It may be shared with Kate’s brokerage, lender or transaction professionals when you request or authorize that coordination. Contact and planning information is retained for business follow-up and applicable recordkeeping, then deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete information associated with your roadmap submission. See the data-deletion instructions. You can also clear the progress saved in your current browser from that page.
